Our goal is to make the exchange process as seamless as a perfect dive entry so you can get back in the water with confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Gear

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective films are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our dive technicians inspect and approve the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
