The large scooter loop allows the diver to easily switch the light from one hand to the other while remaining on the scooter trigger. This is particularly nice in a cave environment so you are not blinding your buddy that is behind you every time you adjust your buoyancy or check your pressure gauge. The large diameter scooter loop is designed to be used with thick dry gloves.
